- Authentication Data: Information from Google or Apple when you sign in using these services
- Community Content: Community names, descriptions, and images you create
- Events: Event titles, descriptions, locations, dates, and times you create
- Messages: Text messages and media you share in community channels
- Financial Records: Transaction descriptions, amounts, categories, and receipt images for community finance tracking
- Posts & Comments: Content you post in community feeds
- Polls & Votes: Poll questions you create and votes you cast
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers
- Push Notification Tokens: To send you notifications about events and community activity
- Usage Data: Features you use and actions you take within the App
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Google Sign-In: Name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account
- Apple Sign-In: Name and email address from your Apple ID
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Enable you to create and join communities
- Facilitate event creation, RSVPs, and notifications
- Enable messaging within community channels
- Track community finances (when enabled by community admins)
- Send push notifications about events, messages, and community activity
- Send email notifications (event updates, invitations)
- Improve and optimize the App
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Other Users
- Your profile information (name, username, avatar) is visible to members of communities you join
- Your posts, comments, and messages are visible to community members
- Your event RSVPs are visible to other attendees
3.2 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App:

- Row-level security policies ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
5. Data Retention
- We retain your data as long as your account is active
- When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- Community content you created may remain visible to other members after account deletion

9. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for:
- New events in your communities
- Event updates and reminders
- New messages in channels
- Task assignments and reminders
- Community announcements
You can disable push notifications in your device settings or within the App.
